  For starters the place looks great from the outside, as well there is a lot of land around the hotel. The road is a bit bumpy for lowered cars but manageable but understandable duet it's location. The room myself and my girlfriend stayed in was very clean, organized and had a working mini fridge! The water from the shower head wasn't strong enough for myself but could work for you. Breakfast had your basic options like any small buffet would have but tasted good, the only thing was price was a tad bit too high. List of activities had variety but the prices were a reasonable price. Horseback riding was great, mountain biking was a bit rough considering 30% of the trails were sand and the massage was so so. Overall, very good experience, super satisfied and staff is EXTREMELY friendly. HOPE YOU GUYS ENJOY IT TOO!

  Fantastic resort. Excellent service. Beautiful beach. Food very good. Plus if a thing or snowmobiling they have gas on site.

  A slight impression of sloppiness from management, and the pool area needs a renovation. Other than that, a nice place.

  The whole magnetic room key system has to be figured out. A guest should not go back to the reception, twice, in frigid temperatures to get his key reprogrammed.

  The staff are very friendly, helpful, and bilingual. Our room was very spacious, with a comfy king bed, and a lovely rustic decor.

  I had a great time vacationing at Lac Taureau. It is very beautiful with the frozen lake, the lights at night, and the surrounding trees. They provide quite a few activities there, we tried out riding fat tire bikes on the frozen beach. It was cold, but a lot of fun. They also offer snowmobiling, tubing, hikes on the trails, ice skating and hockey rink. The food is incredible, and I very much enjoyed a smooth, delicate gin & tonic with gin from Gaspe!
